Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy 

All sales for The King’s Descendent collection are final. Because each item is produced and fulfilled on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

We will gladly replace or refund an item only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item is defective in any way

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.


Shipping Insurance Exception

If a customer pre‑purchases shipping insurance at checkout, they are covered for issues such as:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Damage caused during transit

In these cases, the customer may contact customer support at support@thekingsdescendent.co  for a replacement or reimbursement, even if the item would normally fall under our “final sale” policy. Shipping insurance must be purchased before the order is fulfilled.


Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they meet the damage/defect criteria above:

  • The King’s Descendent Hoodies

  • The King’s Descendent T‑Shirts

  • The King’s Descendent Hats

  • Any apparel or accessories from The King’s Descendent collection


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.


Lost or Stolen Packages (Without Insurance)

If tracking shows “delivered,” we cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen packages without pre‑purchased shipping insurance. Customers without insurance must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
